WHO'S BEHIND IT
Built by someone who's had to make marketing
actually work, not just look good.
Danny Isserles. Eighteen years across acting, production, startups, marketing, and company building.
A strange mix, until you see how the work gets made.

Danny Isserles. Eighteen years across acting, production, startups, marketing, and company building.
A strange mix, until you see how the work gets made.

From wedding songs to a robotics company's U.S. branch.
RTFM started sideways. After acting school, with no formal video background and no portfolio, Danny began writing humorous wedding songs and turning them into music videos for couples.
A strange idea, but it became a real production company with a solid pipeline.
In 2010, he moved into Tel Aviv's tech scene, building budget-friendly video solutions for companies that assumed good content was out of reach.
Tight timelines, tight budgets, real business needs.
In 2015, a product video built in 48 hours opened the door to temi, the robotics company - VP of Marketing, then CEO of the U.S. branch.
Creative work had to support sales, launches, investors, and customers.
Since then: consumer brands, tech startups, hardware, software, AI content, live production.
Same instinct throughout: make the thing clear, sharp, and useful.

ETYMOLOGY
Read the (F) manual.
Then make something better than the manual said you could.
Growing up, every new gadget, science kit, or toy came with the same routine: Danny's hands went straight for the box before the instructions.
His dad would stop him every time with one line: "RTFM. Read The Friggin' Manual."
It stuck. Software. Video editing. Demolition. Snowboarding. Business. RTFM became the way Danny learned everything: read the manual, understand the system, then go make it work in the real world.
Around here, it also means something slightly different:
"Rely on the friggin' marketing."
Bring the problem. We'll help shape the thing that solves it.

Tell it straight
Clear language, honest feedback, no hiding behind jargon - in both communications and output.
Keep it useful
